Renovating a 20-year-old townhouse from a space with no natural light to a space with natural light throughout the day. Using a white color palette with wood accents, and focusing on built-in furniture design to maximize space utilization. Additionally, creating a small garden to add greenery to the home.

The design focuses on bringing natural light into the interior through skylights, creating a bright and airy space. Ventilation blocks are added for better air circulation. The contrast between pure white tones and the warmth of wood materials creates a unique aesthetic. Built-in furniture maximizes space utilization.

Installing wind block panels promotes good ventilation and a comfortable living environment. Additionally, they are designed with insect screens to provide an extra layer of protection against pests and intruders

This hall serves as a connecting space that showcases a diverse blend of materials, including white, gray, and black stones, as well as wood. Each material offers unique textures, creating a visually interesting and natural ambiance while maintaining a cohesive palette of white and gray tones.
