A two-story Nordic-style detached house featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The design seamlessly blends the exterior and interior, emphasizing a minimalist aesthetic with the addition of gentle curved lines. The main entrance hall is thoughtfully zoned into a shoe storage area and a seating area, creating a defined sequence upon entering the home and enhancing privacy.
บ้านเดี่ยวสไตล์ Nordic 2 ชั้น 3 ห้องนอน 3 ห้องน้ำ ผสมผสานการออกแบบภายนอกและภายในให้เป็นหนึ่งเดียว เน้นรูปด้านที่มีความเรียบง่าย แต่มีลูกเล่นด้วยเส้นสายโค้งมน โถงทางเข้าหลัก แบ่งพื้นที่ระหว่างส่วนพื้นที่ใส่รองเท้าและส่วนนั่งเล่น เพื่อให้รู้สึกถึงลำดับการเข้าถึง และเพิ่มความเป็นส่วนตัวเมื่อเปิดประตูเข้าบ้าน
The central interior space will serve as a welcoming entryway, living area, dining room, and Western-style kitchen. These spaces will be seamlessly connected to create a central hub for family gatherings. The interior seamlessly transitions to an outdoor garden, providing a lush green oasis and mitigating the heat. The double-volume height of the living area creates an airy and spacious feel. Additionally, the space can be partitioned to conserve energy and provide distinct zones for privacy.
พื้นที่ส่วนกลางภายในจะใช้เป็นพื้นที่ต้อนรับ ส่วนนั่งเล่น ส่วนรับประทานอาหาร และครัวฝรั่ง เชื่อมโยงการใช้งานและเป็นศูนย์รวมของคนในครอบครัว นอกจากนี้ยังเชื่อมต่อกับสวนภายนอกที่เป็นพื้่นที่สีเขียว ช่วยให้บรรยากาศร่มรื่น ลดความร้อนจากภายนอก โถงนั่งเล่นฝ้าสูง Double Volume ให้ความรู้สึกโปร่งโล่ง ทั้งนี้ยังสามารถกั้นพื้นที่เพื่อประหยัดพลังงาน มีการแบ่งพื้นที่การใช้งานให้รู้สึกถึงความเป็นส่วนตัวอย่างชัดเจน
The ground floor featured a division between the living area and bedroom, with a designated workspace that offers views of both main courtyards. A bedroom designed specifically for the elderly will provide a tranquil view of the green space. The room will incorporate materials that prioritize comfort and safety, such as thick, soft rubber tiles that can cushion falls. Additionally, the bathroom will be equipped with features to accommodate the needs of the elderly and wheelchair users.
แบ่งส่วนนั่งเล่นและห้องนอนชั้น 1 ด้วยโซนทำงาน ที่สามารถมองคอร์ทหลักทั้งสองของบ้านได้ มีห้องนอนสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ที่สามารถมองเห็นพื้นที่สีเขียว ทั้งยังใช้วัสดุที่คำนึงถึงการใช้ชีวิต เช่น พื้นกระเบื้องยางชนิดหนานุ่มพิเศษที่ลดแรงกระแทกหากมีการล้ม รวมถึงห้องน้ำที่ออกแบบให้มีเครื่องมืออำนวยความสะดวกต่อผู้สุงอายุ และการใช้รถเข็น
The staircase is an open design, creating an airy feel while maintaining a warm ambiance through the use of wooden steps and handrails. The master bedroom on the second floor will be positioned to overlook the garden and feature a high ceiling that slopes along the gable roofline. Recessed lighting and ceiling trim will add sophistication and create a relaxing atmosphere. The furniture will incorporate horizontal lines, from the headboard wall to the bay window seating area, which will be adorned with large windows to maximize natural light from the best side of the house.
Two additional bedrooms were designed to accommodate future family members with flexible layouts that can adapt to various furniture arrangements.
ในส่วนของบันไดใช้เป็นลักษณะบันไดโปร่ง ให้ความรู้สึกเบา แต่ยังมีความเป็นบ้านด้วยวัสดุไม้ทั้งขั้นบันได และราวจับ ห้องนอนหลักชั้น 2 อยู่ในตำแหน่งที่สามารถมองเห็นสวนพื้นที่สีเขียวของบ้านได้ ออกแบบให้ฝ้าสูง สโลปตามแนวของหลังคาจั่ว เพิ่มดีเทลด้วยขอบฝ้าและไฟซ่อน สร้างบรรยากาศให้ห้องนอนรู้สึกผ่อนคลาย เฟอร์นิเจอร์เน้นเส้นสายแนวนอน ตั้งแต่ผนังหัวเตียงลื่นไหลไปยังที่นั่ง Bay window ที่มีกระจกบานใหญ่ รับแสงธรรมชาติจากทิศที่ดีที่สุดของบ้าน ออกแบบห้องนอน 2 ห้อง สำหรับสมาชิกใหม่ในอนาคต โดยดีไซน์ให้มีความยิดหยุ่นในการใช้งาน รองรับเฟอร์นิเจอร์ลอยตัวตามความต้องการในอนาคต
