This renovation project for a 20-year-old condominium aims to create a Mid-Century Modern aesthetic by blending classic and contemporary elements. The design incorporates furniture and materials made of wood and steel, featuring simple yet striking lines. The color palette emphasizes natural earth tones such as brown and cream, while adding visual interest with vibrant red brick, geometric terrazzo light fixtures, and a variety of wall and floor textures.

The goal is to convert a room that was previously divided into smaller sections with limited lighting into a spacious central area that connects seamlessly with other spaces.

เปลี่ยนรูปแบบห้องเดิมที่เคยถูกกั้นแบ่งการใช้งานเป็นห้องเล็กๆให้กลายเป็นห้องที่มีพื้นที่ส่วนกลางที่กว้างขวางขึ้นและเชื่อมต่อกับพื้นที่อื่นๆ โดยการทุบกำแพงเดิมเปิดช่องหน้าต่างที่โถงทางเข้า -รื้อกำแพงกั้นส่วนครัวเดิมให้กลายเป็นครัวฝรั่งที่เปิดโล่ง และรื้อกำแพงกั้นห้องทำงานให้กลายเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของพื้นที่นั่งเล่น

This communal space is designed to be a shared living area for the entire family. It is divided into distinct seating and dining zones that seamlessly connect to an open-plan kitchen, allowing everyone to enjoy panoramic city views and abundant natural light. Floor-to-ceiling walls create an airy and spacious atmosphere. The television wall, which extends to the balcony, serves as the focal point of the living area and is accentuated with a striking cream-colored stone wall.

โถงนี้ถูกออกแบบให้เป็นพื้นที่ใช้สอยร่วมกันสำหรับทุกคนในครอบครัว โดยแบ่งสัดส่วนเป็นโซนนั่งเล่นและโซนรับประทานอาหารที่เชื่อมต่อกับครัวแบบเปิดโล่ง เพื่อให้ทุกคนได้สัมผัสวิวเมืองและแสงธรรมชาติอย่างเต็มที่ ผนังสูงจากพื้นจรดเพดานช่วยให้พื้นที่ดูโปร่งโล่งและกว้างขวางยิ่งขึ้น ชุดผนังทีวีที่ต่อเนื่องไปจนถึงระเบียงเสมือนเป็นจุดศูนย์กลางของห้องนั่งเล่น โดยเลือกใช้วัสดุลายหินสีครีมเพื่อสร้างความโดดเด่นและแตกต่าง

The bedroom features a calming design with soft wood tones, horizontal lines, and a hidden-lit headboard wall. The natural cream-colored walls contribute to a spacious feel.
